The Moodle Support Team maintains the Moodle Learning Management System, provides technical support to students and faculty, and creates training resources to facilitate effective use of supported software.

Moodle Support is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the fall and spring semesters and Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the summer. The team typically responds to after-hours support requests within an hour of returning to the office. Limited after-hours live support is available through the Technology Services (IT) Help Desk. Email helpdesk@cochise.edu or call 520-515-5400.

Copyleaks is an academic integrity tool that scans student submissions and compares
that work to online sources, published materials, and other documents. It also provides
AI detection to help identify content that may have been generated using artificial
intelligence.

Overview:
Respondus Lockdown Browser is software that restricts access to other applications
and websites during an exam. An additional feature, Respondus Monitor, allows for
digital proctoring.
