The 黑料网 Testing Center offers a wide variety of testing services to students, faculty and community members.


Schedule an Appointment
黑料网 Students should sign into their account to schedule their appointments. Once signed into your account, click Moodle, Student Resources, and then Testing Center Appointment.
Community Members scheduling an appointment will use the Schedule an Appointment options below to schedule on the Sierra Vista or Douglas campus.
Testing is offered by appointment and all test takers must present a current photo ID 鈥 no exceptions.
Cell phones, watches, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the testing rooms. Lockers for storing personal items are available at the Douglas and Sierra Vista campuses. Individuals taking tests at other locations should plan to leave personal items/electronics at home or in a vehicle.
The 黑料网 testing centers proctor make-up exams for students enrolled in 黑料网 courses. It is the student鈥檚 responsibility to schedule an appointment.

Accessibility Testing Accommodations
If you require modified conditions for testing, you will need to register your accommodations with the 黑料网 Accessibility Services Office.
All students with registered accommodations must schedule testing appointments through their Moodle account. The Testing Center cannot guarantee accommodations for students without an appointment.

Directed Self Placements (DSPs)
All students are recommended to complete the Directed Self Placements before registering
for any courses. DSPs are available for Reading, English, and Mathematics. Please
visit the Directed Self Placement page for more information.

Distance learners living outside of 黑料网 County may have their exams proctored at a remote ACCUPLACER testing location or use a virtual proctor and webcam. To request remote testing or a virtual proctor, go to the top of the page under 'Schedule an Off-Site Appointment' and click the Off-Site Placement Test Request link above. Questions about off-site placement testing may be directed to testingdc@cochise.edu or (520) 439-6825.

Testing Center Guidelines

Candidates using the testing facilities must adhere to the following rules:
- Testing is by appointment.
- Walk-ins will be accepted on a case-by-case basis when space and proctors are available.
- Current & valid photo identification is required. Copies, photographs of identification cards and electronic IDs will not be accepted.
- Electronic devices, excluding calculators, are not allowed in the testing area. Calculators may be permitted only when specified by the instructor/test sponsor. Testers are responsible for supplying their own calculator, if permitted by their instructor/test sponsor.
- All students/clients entering the testing rooms must comply with a security check performed by a proctor each time entry is required. Anyone refusing to cooperate with this process may not be allowed to test.
- Personal items must be stored in lockers or in designated storage areas.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the testing rooms.
- Candidates will sit in assigned seats.
- All exams, answer sheets, and scratch paper must be turned in to the test proctor.
- Children are not allowed in the testing areas and may not be left unsupervised in the waiting area (See Policy 1019).
- Candidates are responsible for paying testing fees before the exam is administered.
- Exam time limits are strictly enforced.
- Additional exam sponsor guidelines will be strictly enforced.
- Students who arrive late for testing sessions may not be allowed to test, or may be required to sign a time waiver indicating they accept the responsibility for a reduced testing time.
- The testing center is under continuous video surveillance and as such anyone entering the testing center consents to being video recorded. All individuals seeking proctoring services through the college鈥檚 testing centers must agree to adhere to testing center guidelines as posted in each of the college鈥檚 testing centers and on the college鈥檚 testing center webpage.

The ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) is a scholastic aptitude assessment that is used as one component of the selection process for admitting test takers into the College of Nursing
Before You Come to Test:
- Go to www.atitesting.com to 鈥淐reate Account鈥濃搕here you will create your username and password
- Go to to schedule your appointment. Once in your My黑料网, go to Moodle, then Student Resources and click on the Testing Center Appointments box to make your appointment.
On Testing Day
- Bring your ATI Testing Username and Password to your appointment
- Bring a valid government issued photo ID
- Bring a credit card to pay for your exam once you are seated at the computer
- Bring the receipt for the $15 proctor fee. This fee can be paid in person at the Business Office or by calling 520-515-5416.
- If you are not prepared to test at your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, as all TEAS testers are required to begin their assessment at the same time
After Completing Exam
- Scores will not be printed at the conclusion of the exam. However, you may access your TEAS score through your student account at .
HESI NURSING EXIT EXAM
About the Exam
The HESI Exit exam is a computer-based nursing exam for students who are currently LPN nurses who would like to enter the RN nursing program. This test should not be confused with the HESI (A2) exam. The 黑料网 HESI exam is an Exit exam consisting of the following subjects: Basic Nursing Fundamentals, Medical and Surgical Procedures, Operative Knowledge, Pharmaceutical Knowledge, Dosage Calculations, Pediatrics, Psychiatrics, and Physical Assessment and must be completed in 2 陆 hours.
Registration and Scheduling Exam
- To set up your HESI account, go to and click on My Evolve and Create an account.
- To schedule your HESI exam, log into your My黑料网 account, go into Moodle, click on Student Resources and then select Testing Center Appointments.
- Once your account is created and your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email from the college with instructions and a payment code for purchasing your exam. This must be taken care of before the day of your exam.
- You will receive a phone call confirmation of your appointment up to two days before your appointment to be sure you have received your payment code and to see if you have any questions.
The Day of the Exam
- Bring a valid government issued photo ID.
- Bring your Username and Password for your Elsevier account.
- Bring your receipt showing you paid for your exam with the code provided.
- Bring a receipt showing you paid your proctor fee (This fee can be paid in person at the Business Office or by calling them at 520-515-5416)
After Completing Exam.
- Scores are available immediately.
- Test administrators will print your results to take with you.

College Level Exam Program (CLEP) exams offer students an opportunity to earn credit by exam in place of taking a class.
To Schedule a CLEP Exam
- Create an account through CLEP College Board website. From this account, select the exam(s) you intend to take and pay the CLEP exam fee.*
- Schedule a CLEP testing appointment on the 黑料网 Testing Center page. If you have questions about how to schedule your appointment, please contact the Testing Center at 520-515-5447.

What to Bring on Testing Day
- A printed copy of your CLEP registration ticket from your account page.
- Valid government or state-issued identification that contains both your photograph and your signature. For more information on ID requirements, please review the CLEP ID Rules.
- Receipt from 黑料网 Business Office for the $25 proctor fee. This can be done in person or by calling 520-515-5416.*
*If you are active duty military, you are NOT required to pay for your CLEP exam or the $25 proctor fee, but MUST show military ID at check in.
The DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST) give examinees the opportunity to receive college credit for learning acquired outside the traditional college classroom.
How to Register and Schedule Exam
- Create an account.
- Make your testing appointment.
- Pay your $25 proctor fee at the 黑料网 Business Office.
- You will pay for your DSST exam on testing day once you are seated at the computer.
- Active duty military and eligible civilian employees are exempt from the proctor and exam fees for DSSTs. For further explanation of exemptions, click here.
What to Bring on Test Day
- All testers must provide a valid, government issued, photo ID with signature. However, active duty military and eligible civilian employees MUST also present a current military identification card.
- A credit card to pay for your exam.
- Log-on and Password for your DSST account.
Upon Completion of Exam
- Unofficial scores will be available immediately upon completion of the test.
The Arizona GED tests are available to all persons at least 16 years old who do not have a High School Diploma and are interested in completing the General Education Diploma (GED) test series.
The Arizona GED Series has five sections: Math, Science, Social Studies, Reasoning Through Language Arts, and Civics.
How to Register and Schedule Your GED
- Create your GED account at www.GED.com, then schedule and pay for your test from your account.
- Individuals who are 16 or 17 years old can take the GED in Arizona. However, before
scheduling can occur, the tester is required to bring the following items to an authorized
testing center or to the Arizona State Office for approval and unlocking of their
account:
- A notarized letter from a parent/guardian giving permission to test
- A signed official school withdrawal from the last school attended
- A valid government-issued photo ID
What to Bring on Testing Day
- Show up 10 to 15 minutes early on the scheduled test date with a valid, government-issued photo ID with signature. The name on the ID must match the name entered in GED.com.
Upon Completion of Exam
- After testing, check your scores online at www.GED.com. Scores are usually available within 48 hours.
- Once all five tests are passed, your diploma will be mailed from the Arizona Department of Education to the address recorded in your MyGED profile in 2-3 weeks.
黑料网 is a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center that provides Pearson VUE certification and professional licensure exams for test sponsors such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, NES, GED, NREMT and many more.

- Once an account is set up and a voucher has been purchased, schedule an appointment at one of our testing center locations.
The Day of the Exam

- Bring the printed test voucher that you purchased on the Certiport website.

The ESCO Institute, a member of the ESCO Group, is the HVACR industry鈥檚 largest provider
of EPA Section 608 certification testing. Some of the more common ESCO exams are EPA
608, EPA 609, Employment Ready, and Professional/Master/Educator level certifications
in HVAC and Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning.

Association (ETA) in an effort to provide students and community members with certification
options to increase their employment marketability. ETA is a professional association
that promotes excellence in electronics technologies through more than 80 certification
exam offerings, such as FCC commercial radio operator exams, associate/apprentice
electronics technician, avionics, biomedical, and SmartHome.

Testing (NCCT) certifications for healthcare professionals and instructors. These
certifications include Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician,
ECG Technician, Tech in Surgery, Insurance and Coding Specialist, Patient Care Technician
and Certified Postsecondary Instructor.

- Once the appointment is scheduled, you will need to contact your institution and have them email all exam information to the Sierra Vista 黑料网 Testing Center at testing@cochise.edu or the Douglas Testing Center at testingdc@cochise.edu.
- Verify with the 黑料网 Testing Center that we have received your testing information, and are able to meet all of the requirements for administering your exam, prior to testing day.
The Day of the Exam

- Bring your log-on information for accessing your class and/or exam.
- Verify with your institution what materials/tools will be allowed on your exam and arrive prepared.
- Pay the proctor fee of $25 for a single exam or $35 for a course rate (which includes multiple exams for one course) to the Business Office in person or by phone at 520-515-5416. Be sure to provide the payment code TEPC when making your payment and bring your receipt to your testing appointment.
